Yes, Jedi Product & Collection Sort is designed to work with all Shopify themes. However, if you experience compatibility issues, it may be due to custom theme modifications, in which case some adjustments may be needed.

▶️2. Does Jedi Product & Collection Sort affect my store’s loading speed?

Jedi Product & Collection Sort is designed to be lightweight and efficient, so it shouldn’t noticeably affect your store's loading time.

▶️3. How do I import products for sorting?

Once installed, the app will automatically sync with your product catalogue and collections, pulling in data to begin sorting.

▶️4. How do I activate/deactivate sorting for a specific collection?

  • Step 1: Open the Jedi Product & Collection Sort.

  • Step 2: Go to Sorting Collections and select the collection you want to sort.

  • Step 3: Click Set Sorting Active or Set Sorting Inactive.

▶️5. How do I sort products manually?

To manually sort products in Jedi Product & Collection Sort, follow these steps:

  • Step1: Open the Jedi Product & Collection Sort app.

  • Step 2: Select a collection where you want to sort products manually.

  • Step 3: Click Sort Strategy and go to Sorting layers section.

  • Step 4: Select Manual from the list of sort orders.

  • Step 5: Drag and drop products as per your wish.

  • Step 6: Click Save to update the collection

  • Step 1: Open the Jedi Product & Collection Sort.

  • Step 2: Go to Sorting Strategies.

  • Step 3: Click on your existing strategy or click Create Strategy to insert a new one.

  • Step 4: Click Sort Frequency and select your preferred frequency.

  • Step 5: Click Save to update.

▶️7. How can I organize out-of-stock products with Jedi Product & Collection Sort?

  • Step 1: Open the Jedi Product & Collection Sort.

  • Step 2: Go to Sorting Strategies.

  • Step 3: Click on your existing strategy or click Create Strategy to insert a new one.

  • Step 4: Click Add Another Layer and select Out of Stock Products layer.

  • Step 5: Click Save to update.

▶️8. Is there a limit to how many products or collections can be sorted?

There is no hard limit on the number of products or collections that can be sorted.
